Refund and Returns Policy

SMA Refund Policy

At SSC Max Academy (SMA), we are committed to delivering quality education and complete student satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our services or have enrolled by mistake, you may request a refund under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

You made a duplicate payment for the same course.
You purchased the wrong course and report it within 24 hours.
The course content was not delivered as promised (technical or delivery issues from our side).
The class or batch is cancelled by SMA before commencement.

2. Refund Request Window

You must raise a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds will be entertained after 7 days, under any circumstance.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the student has accessed more than 20% of the course content.
If the live classes or tests have already been attended.
If the refund is requested after course completion.
Personal reasons like change of mind, exam postponement, or personal emergencies.

4. Refund Process

Name of the course
Payment details
Reason for refund
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
